Jeremiah serves as a program facilitator at Green Hill. He uses his personal experience to help instill values through example as he works with residents navigating their journey of sobriety. While he plays an integral role in the residents’ day-to-day lives, he’s known for organizing Green Hill’s weekly community meal — an opportunity to teach valuable cooking skills and to foster fellowship.
Jeremiah worked for years in the foodservice and hospitality industries as a server, cook, sous chef, and in management. With such a substantial background in the hospitality industry, the importance of communication and teamwork were deeply engrained. Jeremiah works to instill these values in the residents of Green Hill where he emphasizes unity and accountability.
Jeremiah is passionate about helping the residents of Green Hill realize their full potential through recovery. He understands the struggles of addiction and offers hope through his lived experience in recovery. Jeremiah cherishes connection with residents, whether it’s taking them to and from appointments, engaging in experiential activities, teaching them how to cook, or helping them integrate into the larger recovery community.
