Ross is a Program Facilitator at Green Hill. He loves to keep members of the Green Hill community active and he’s typically responsible scheduling weekend activities with the residents. Ross enjoys actively participating with the community, having taken the residents to watch professional sports such as the Carolina Panthers and the Carolina Hurricanes, in addition to some of the other weekend outings, Ross coordinates paintball, go-kart racing, bowling, and movies.
In addition to his work at Green Hill, Ross works in the commercial construction industry as a field engineer. Since 2016, he has worked for Clancy and Theys, a construction company based out of Raleigh. Ross believes that finding fulfilling work is an integral part of the recovery journey, and he draws on his professional experience to help residents understand the importance of accountability and self-efficacy.
Ross is passionate about spreading the hope of recovery, knowing all too well the struggles of addiction. As a person in recovery, Ross believes that sobriety opens up a world of possibilities both personally and professionally. His passion is to share this message with others struggling, so can find both themselves and thrive throughout and long after recovery.

Ross was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and grew up in nearby in Willow Springs. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University in 2014, where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Ross is a huge sports fan and supports the NC State Wolfpack, Carolina Hurricanes, Carolina Panthers, and Atlanta Braves. Along with attending sporting events, Ross loves going to concerts and is a big fan of country and bluegrass music.
