Erin Gillespie, CADC

Erin Gillespie, CADC, serves as the Practice Manager at Green Hill Recovery by Advaita Health, where she oversees day-to-day operations and plays an active role in supporting residents and staff alike. Known for her empathy and enthusiasm, Erin works to foster a supportive, engaging environment where both team members and residents feel valued and encouraged.

Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. During her undergraduate studies, she contributed to research focused on eating disorders, which helped shape her early interest in mental health. Her professional experience spans residential and community-based care, including hands-on work supporting individuals with eating disorders, as well as people experiencing homelessness and financial hardship.

At Green Hill, Erin leads with a whole-person perspective—balancing structure with compassion. She believes recovery is not a straight line but a process that requires understanding, patience, and genuine connection. Her goal is to create an environment that normalizes the challenges of recovery while empowering each person to take meaningful steps toward growth and wellbeing.
