Grady Finch, CDAC

Grady Finch serves as the Alumni Coordinator at Green Hill Recovery by Advaita Health, where he brings both heart and expertise to his work. With a background in outdoor education and guiding, Grady approaches recovery as a dynamic, experiential process—one rooted in community, purpose, and connection.

Before joining Green Hill, Grady held leadership roles in residential treatment, helping to design and implement adventure-based recovery programs that used the outdoors as a powerful space for growth. His experience developing experiential programs continues to shape his work at Green Hill, where he integrates structure, accountability, and meaningful engagement into the recovery journey.

As a person in long-term recovery, Grady understands the importance of belonging and continued connection. He leads Green Hill’s Alumni Program, fostering lasting relationships and community support for clients long after they’ve completed treatment. Through mentorship, alumni events, and ongoing communication, Grady helps build a network that sustains recovery and reminds each person they’re never alone in the process.

For Grady, real recovery begins with authenticity and shared experience. He brings patience, grounded presence, and a genuine passion for helping others rediscover meaning and confidence in their lives. His work reflects Green Hill’s belief that recovery doesn’t end at discharge—it grows through connection, purpose, and the ongoing support of a community that cares.
