Green Hill has a dedicated admissions staff ready to take your call. Our admissions team consists of licensed clinicians who can answer any questions you may have about all Green Hill services. We work collaboratively with families and referring professionals to ensure a seamless transition into our program.
The Green Hill team understands the challenges families face when seeking treatment for a loved one in active addiction or early recovery. Many of our staff are either in recovery themselves or have supported a family member through the process. We know that for families, the transition out of the relative safety of primary care is often a time of uncertainty and fear. Research shows that emerging adults have the best chance of maintaining long-term sobriety when challenged to actively employ the recovery skill set in a structured and supportive environment.
We believe that addiction is a family disease and as a result, we offer a collaborative process of healing designed to include our residents’ families.
Family members can be of tremendous support as loved ones overcome addiction and meet their potential, which is why we integrate family therapy with individual clinical services, recovery support and academic and career counseling. We encourage families to visit and participate in Green Hill programming and engage in their own recovery process. We offer family programming and encourage families to regularly visit. As family members, you will have a regular dialogue with your loved one’s primary counselor and be invited to contribute to the recovery process.
