Meaghan Brackin, MS, LCMHC, LCAS, CRC
Meaghan Brackin, MS, LCMHC, LCASA, CRC, serves as the Manager of Substance Use Disorder Programs at Green Hill Recovery by Advaita Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, holding a master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Meaghan provides individual and group therapy to clients navigating substance use, mental health challenges, and major life transitions. Her work at Green Hill focuses on integrating evidence-based care with a relational, person-centered approach—helping clients move toward stability, confidence, and meaningful engagement in their recovery.
Meaghan began her career in reentry services, supporting individuals transitioning from incarceration, and has since expanded her work to help people reduce barriers to wellbeing across diverse contexts. Her clinical experience spans inpatient psychiatry, private practice, and family systems work, as well as psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for all ages.
Her therapeutic approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Meaghan believes in fostering an open, collaborative relationship with clients—meeting them with honesty, empathy, and respect for their autonomy.
