Meredith Marion

Meredith Marion serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Green Hill Recovery by Advaita Health, where she helps ensure that each client’s experience is grounded in compassion, respect, and individualized care.

Meredith earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education in Human Development and Family Science with a concentration in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work at North Carolina State University.

Before beginning her graduate studies, Meredith worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, primarily in emergency and labor and delivery settings, where she developed a deep understanding of empathy and communication in high-stress environments. She also contributed to research at UNC’s RAVE (Research on Adolescent and Family Environments) Lab, supporting projects focused on family dynamics and adolescent development.

Meredith believes that effective care begins with listening. She values meeting people where they are, honoring their individuality, and helping them build personalized paths toward healing and growth. Her work reflects Green Hill’s commitment to dignity, authenticity, and the belief that recovery is most sustainable when rooted in human connection.
