Michael O’Sullivan is an analyst at Green Hill. Michael primarily works with Green Hill’s Leadership Team to ensure that the operations of Green Hill are in line with our client-centric values and high ethical standards as well as to strategize, model, and enact new lines of service on behalf of clients. Michael is also responsible for coordinating our insurance contracting and third-party relationships.
Michael graduated from Duke University with a BA in Psychology. Prior to working in Green Hill, Michael interned at Phoenix House of New York, an adult-focused substance abuse treatment and vocational training program. Michael has been a part of the Green Hill family for three years and has grown along with the company both in knowledge of substance abuse treatment and mental health services, but in how to build a sustainable and ethical business optimized for client success.
Michael’s interest in the field of substance abuse treatment is deeply personal. He himself entered treatment in 2014 while at Duke University. He spent six months in a residential program for college enrolled men which allowed him to continue his studies, develop a support network, and build life skills. His firsthand experience gives him an insight and credibility when dealing with issues clients may face at Green Hill.
