Frank C. Batts III, MSW, LCSWA, serves as a Patient Care Coordinator at Green Hill Recovery. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work from East Carolina University and his Master of Social Work from North Carolina State University. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), Frank brings a strong foundation in behavioral health, patient advocacy, and care coordination. He is passionate about helping individuals access high-quality mental healthcare while ensuring they feel supported throughout every step of the process.

Before joining Green Hill, Frank gained extensive experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. His background includes conducting behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, case management, and coordinating care for individuals with complex needs. During his graduate training, he developed advanced clinical skills while working alongside interdisciplinary healthcare teams and supporting individuals and families through difficult life circumstances. These experiences reinforced his commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and improving outcomes for diverse communities.

Frank believes that meaningful care begins with listening and building trusting relationships. He understands that navigating the healthcare system can feel overwhelming, and he is committed to helping clients feel informed, heard, and connected to the resources they need. By combining empathy with a collaborative approach, Frank works to reduce barriers to care and create a positive experience for every person who reaches out to Green Hill. His goal is to help individuals take the next step toward better mental health with confidence and support.
