Rachel Irhoff, LCSW
Director of Mental Health Services
Rachel Iroff, LCSW, is a strengths-based, people-first therapist who believes meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood.
As the Director of Mental Health Services at Green Hill Recovery, Rachel oversees the development and delivery of the organization’s mental health programming, including the Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). She works closely with providers across psychiatry, therapy, case management, and other clinical services to ensure clients receive coordinated, integrated care that addresses the full picture of their mental health. Her focus is on building systems of care that are clinically excellent, collaborative, and responsive to each individual’s unique needs.
Rachel brings extensive experience across outpatient, PHP/IOP, and inpatient behavioral health settings, working with individuals and families through a wide range of mental health challenges. She believes that effective treatment is grounded in strong therapeutic relationships, thoughtful collaboration, and an understanding that meaningful progress often requires multiple disciplines working together.
Her clinical approach draws from several evidence-based practices, with a foundation in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and trauma-informed care. Whether she is supporting clients directly or guiding the broader clinical program, Rachel is committed to helping individuals develop practical skills, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful changes that extend well beyond treatment.
Rachel is particularly passionate about creating programs that help people navigate difficult emotions, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them. She strives to foster an environment where compassionate care, clinical excellence, and integrated treatment come together to help each person move toward greater stability, wellbeing, and long-term growth.
