We don’t exist to maximize profits; however, we must make a profit to provide a quality, sustainable service to our community. The past few years at Green Hill, we’ve worked to become a financially transparent company and in adopting the triple bottom line approach, we’ve included team members throughout the organization to help guide us.
We want to set the gold standard for client care and corporate responsibility, which means we’ve got to take a look at how we’re affecting the planet. We’re looking at how we can become a more ‘green’ company, how we can model corporate citizenship, and how we can build a culture of community engagement.
Green Hill has always implicitly taken a triple bottom line approach — focusing on impact beyond our bottom line; however, we lacked a cohesive framework. Now we’ve found a framework that will assist us in our co-creative endeavor.
